Live in the Extraordinary
Above is a little look at the work I did on this single shot for a Beaver Creek ad. Long story short, it was easier to shoot the shot the way they did than to actually shoot it at night, in the middle of the mountains on the top of a ski hill, relying on the weather to cooperate. The agency was able to approve the sky they liked, the talent didn’t freeze to death and everything worked out for the better. I spent two days or something rotoing this shot to create a black and white matte so the people could be cut out of it.
